Animal Sanctuary

We share Rotten Hill with a wide range of friends including a never-ending stream of beloved rescue dogs and cats, a family of Muscovy ducks, a growing number of chickens who provide the most delicious free range eggs, lizards, frogs, iguanas and king of all, our black and white cat "Fred Astaire". This small sanctuary reflects our commitment to living harmoniously with all beings, without harming and in respect of life in all its forms. New bee hives have recently been purchased and we are looking forward to reviving the supply of Rotten Hill honey. Everyone is welcome to observe, help, interact and learn about the animals, gaining insight into compassionate, mindful living in line with our plant-based life style.
