Nestled within the lush hillsides of Rotten Hill, the retreat cottages offer a peaceful sanctuary shaped by their natural surroundings. Tucked between the main house and the Studios, they allow for easy access to the meditation room, library, and swimming pool — making them ideal for meditation retreats, renewal, study, and creativity. Open to the elements and surrounded by tropical greenery, each cottage is designed for airflow, light, and a seamless connection to the landscape, cooled by gentle trade winds and ceiling fans. Built with strong timber frames and finished with natural materials, the spaces evoke a timeless sense of calm. Private outdoor showers and tubs invite guests to bathe beneath the stars, turning a full moon night into a dreamlike experience. Each cottage is completely independent and self catering yet also surrounded by a quiet supporting community, like a home away from home.

Cottage Rates


  • Rates x High season November to April
  • $85 USD for single rooms
  • $195 for smaller cottages
  • $240 USD for the larger cottage
  • Low season May to October: 20% reduction
  • All accommodations prices include utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, Government Taxes
  • Minimum stay 3 nights
  • Short to medium stays only
  • Single bed for extra person 25% additional charge
  • Individualized rates are available for “Mindfulness Work Practice” (half or full day), for details go to our "Volunteers" page and get in touch


Cancellation Policy


  • Cancellation fees apply when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled
  • Less than 2 working days before arrival: No refund
  • 3–10 working days before arrival: 50% of the total fee is charged
  • 10–15 working days before arrival: 25% of the total fee is charged
  • More than 15 working days before arrival: A €25 administration fee applies
  • If you need to cancel due to serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Compassionate refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
